Before commiting to counselling, send me your phone number and I will call you to discuss:

- what are your goals for counselling

- whether counselling might help you or your child

- get an idea of the number of sessions

- whether ISTDP might be suitable

Counselling sessions £60 daytime,
£70 evenings after 6pm
ISTDP requires longer sessions, please enquire for session rates
Reduced rate for students or on request.

- This is a pay as you go price, payable by bank transfer.

I am currently recognised by BUPA, Aviva, AXA and Vitality Health. 

Terms & Conditions

- I will send an invoice and require a bank transfer for the session or sessions prior to the start. 

- All bookings will be confirmed by me by e mail - check the details to ensure no mistakes have been made.

- Cancellations are inevitable, but payment will not be refunded if the session is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the agreed time.
