About me
I trained at Birkbeck College, London University where I gained an MSc (Distinction) in Psychodynamic Counselling with Children and Adolescents in 2009, and I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have worked with children and adults since that time, in schools, universities, with Employee Assistance Programmes and privately. I work with people of all ages, but my office is not suitable for children who are less than 10 years old.
I have recently completed a 3 year advanced training in a new evidence based therapy: Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP).

Can I help you?
I work with children and adults, offering a warm compassionate approach whilst also identifying and trying to battle unconscious beliefs and processes which lead to anxiety, distress and low mood.
I am happy to work face to face in Shoreham, or online.
First steps
I offer a free 10 minute phone call where we can discuss your hopes for therapy, and whether I can help you.
If you want to start therapy with me, I charge £75 per session. I am registered with BUPA, AXA and Aviva.
I offer lower cost sessions for students and those on low income.
